Patients Need Support!
Breast cancer patients go through so much both mentally and physically. There are considerable changes: endurance, bone thinning & joint pain due to chemotherapy, changes to their appearance, low body image, possible lowering sexual desire due to medications. Patients also experience mental & emotional negative thoughts about the disease resulting in fear, depression, anxiety, and distress.
Patients need to know they have support. What better way to promote that message is to give patients restoration gifts. These gifts help them thrive, give encouragement, and let them know that people are behind them. Studies have shown how important support is for patients not to feel alone through this journey. Give the support and understanding they need to get them to the other side of cancer-Remission.
